Will is the Managing Principal and Director of Synergy West Pty Ltd and is an IMC accredited Certified Management Consultant .
Will worked in general management for multinational petrochemical companies across Australasia, Europe and Africa. He served in the South African Infantry and commissioned as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy.
Will graduated in Carbon Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Project Management and Polymer Technology. Will has a Masters in Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School (Heriot-Watt University) and authored a book for small business called Profit Factory.
Will contributes to financial journals, small business media, and business newspapers.
